Diese Fischart wird umgangsprachlich als schwarzer Brotula oder scharze Witwe bezeichnet.
Diese Art hier ist das einzige Mitglied seiner Gattung.

This species of fish is known colloquially as the black breadula or black widow.
This species here is the only member of its genus.

Durch seine dunkle Färbung und seine schlängelnde Schwimmart, wirkt diese Fischart auf den ersten Blick wie ein Strudelwurm oder kleiner Aal.
Sehr schwer zu fotografieren, da er sehr scheu ist und wie dieser hier in einem sehr kleinen Loch im Riff lebt.
Jedesmal wenn ich ihn mit der Lampe anleuchtete, verschwand er tiefer in seinem Bau. Aber trotzdem interessant zum Fotografieren, man braucht aber eine gute Tarierung, ich lag z.B. gute 10 Minuten schwebend da, um ihn zu erwischen, schlechtes Foto, aber gekriegt.

Due to its dark coloration and sinuous swimming style, this fish species looks like a whirlpool worm or small eel at first glance.
Very difficult to photograph as it is very shy and, like this one, lives in a very small hole in the reef.
Every time I illuminated it with the lamp, it disappeared deeper into its burrow. But still interesting to photograph, but you need good buoyancy control, for example I lay there floating for a good 10 minutes to catch it, bad photo, but got it.
