Giant hypselodoris or Robe hem hypselodoris

Maximum length: 50 mm

Intense pink to blue body with a white margin along the mantle,

the margin and upper side of which has small spots (unlike the next species,

which has only a narrow margin).

Gills and rhinophores are yellow.

Bullock's hypselodoris or Bullock's nudibranch

 Maximum length: 70 mm

Intense pink to cream colored, white body and a thin,

distinctive white margin on the mantle,

(the species above has a wider white margin with dots)

gills and rhinophores are orange to pale yellow.

Emma's hypselodoris

 Maximum length: 45 mm

Cream to yellow body with three purple to dark red lines on the upper side, the outer lines connect the gills and rhinophores.

The gills and rhinophores are orange to red.

Mottled dorid, Painted hypselodoris or Corlorful hypselodoris

Maximum length: 30 mm

Violet-blue body with small, white-yellow and black spots.

There are large white spots along the edge of the mantle.

The gills and rhinophores are white with yellow to orange.

Spotted hypselodoris

 Maximum length: 40 mm

White body with brown, red or purple markings, with a series of white lines,

some of which may be interrupted.

White and purple spots all over the mantle.

The rinophores are white with red, brown or orange bands.

Hypselodoris maridadilus Rudman, 1977

Magenta-striped nudibranch or Beautiful hyselodoris

 Maximum length: 45 mm

Cream to yellow body with five dark, blue, purple or red longitudinal lines and equally colored edges from mantle to foot.

The gills are red, the rhinophores red with white tips.

Cute Risbecia

 Maximum length: 110 mm

Slender, white to purple body, with many small, orange dots on the upper side and on the foot.

The mantle has a thin, blue to violet edge.

Often head - to - tail crawling around, usually seen in pairs.

The body is cream to brownish, with black to red spots outlined in white.

There are thin blue lines on the mantle and foot.

The gills and rhinophores are yellow, pink to purple in color.

Often confused with Chromodoris leoparda, which has circles and no dots.

West wind hypselodoris

Maximum length: 40 mm

White to yellowish body with thin, black or bluish-purple lines, blue to purple and yellow spots with soft edges between the lines and on the edge of the mantle.

The gills and rhinophores are brownish to orange.

 Maximum length: 90 mm

White body with irregular patterns, mostly round, often black tubercles forming groups.

The rhinophores have black tips, the gills are black on the branches.

 Maximum length: 25 mm

Brown to orange body with a series of black fine pointed needles ( Caryophyllidia ).

It has reddish-brown rhinophores and gills.

Marie's mexichromis

 Maximum length: 25 mm

Body white or bluish to intense pink.

Purple warts on the upper side, the edge of the mantle is decorated

with an orange band or dense spots.

The gills and rhinophores are purple like the body.

Maximum length: 20 mm

White to yellow body with stalked tubercles spotted with purple or red.

Mantle margin with rows of pustules, mostly orange, yellow or purple.

The rhinophores are blue to purple.

A still undescribed animal.

Very difficult to photograph, you can hardly see the rhinophores

and the gills look as if they are covered in sand.
